In 2015, Jazz nearly didn’t make it. Pancreatitis — triggered by store-bought treats her little body simply couldn’t handle.

So I bought a dehydrator and started making my own. Beef liver. Chicken breast. Simple, clean, real food.

Jazz and Lucy haven’t had an episode since.

Word spread — neighbours, friends, a cat down the road who apparently didn’t get the memo about being fussy.
Oh and once, memorably, a bearded dragon whose holiday minder rehydrated the liver in water and reported back that he was delighted. 🦎

Turns out pets just know.

These days Mum has quite the pack. Every morning they line up at the fridge with varying degrees of patience.
After dinner, three small pieces of liver each — Mum swears they can count, because nobody leaves until all three are gone.

Preservative free. Additive free. Dog, cat — and apparently lizard — approved.

My name is Yarraview Casper and my Mum brought the liver snacks home from Wallangarra for me to try. One word Yummy and I am impatiently waiting for the next ones to arrive. I was given a sample of your dog liver treats last week and wanted to let you know that my toy poodle really enjoys them to the point she has started to turn down her regular store-bought liver treats!

The clever packaging and storing the treats in the fridge do also seem to help keep the product ‘fresh’.

Ringo the schnauzer loved the dog treats, when I pulled them out of my pocket, she sat up straight with wide hopeful eyes. She was on her best behaviour when the treats were out, following all of my commands with an extra willingness to please. When she tasted the treats she begged for more and leapt up when I held it out to her.

From the moment I got home with these tasty treats and popped the bag on table Dora was VERY interested! She loved munching and crunching on a full sized one, and they also worked great as a training reward because I could easily break it into smaller pieces and hold it in my hand. They also don’t leave any residue on your hands which is sometimes a problem with dog treats. Dora sends her thanks!

Harry absolutely loves the dog snacks. He gets excited when he sees the packet and turns into a land shark with drooling. Presentation is great especially the way the packet seals. My husband was most impressed with that. Love the packaging, plain, simple, says what it needs to and you can see what’s inside through the clear window.
